Guests press on with juicing

Our second apple pressing of the season saw Tawny Little House guests Pjotr and Sarah at the core of activities. Feeling the squeeze were Cox's Orange Pippin, Discovery, Bramley and some late Early Emneth. We also put some pears through the mangle and they made a delicious light juice with a something of a floral bouquet. All the juice was pasteurised and will keep well through the winter. Two more juicing sessions to come!
