Like everywhere, West Wales has seen more than its usual share of rain over the past couple of months. But now the weather has turned and we are set for fine, warm days for the next week and we are hay-making like mad. This year we are cutting around 10 acres and it will be fully dried in the field before being turned into big round bales. They will go to a local horse-training centre to be used for both feed and bedding.
